Customer feedback: 1. They are responsive when you are buying, but after the install you are on your own, broke the dishwasher handle and fan cover never fixed, approx 6 months now. I asked them and they agreed to file the dishwasher handle but we are still waiting, don't want to see if they will respond or fix. They don't return calls anymore. So thumbs down! I will never recommend. 2. I've had several countertops from them and they are GREAT! The workmanship is amazing, the product is beautiful and the family is Sooooo nice. The pay attention to everything you want and incorporate it 110 percent, even overtime work after work, on their week after Easter to have your countertop complete when you needed it. I can't say enough great things about W Chi Custom Countertops!!! 3. They did an OK job. Just make sure everything is to you satisfaction before handing them the other half. They are bad with the measurements and they hate when you explain them everything even though you are paying them. They broke few things before they left house and didn’t even care after getting their money. 4. Great company, They helped me with all my questions and the install went very smooth. 5. They did an amazing job cutting out our old Corian sink from 2004 and installing our new stainless steel sink. Thank you Ramiro!
